Mark as Useful Follow-up to my 26 Feb posting. Turned out to be legit. Not sure why they sounded so hick-y and unprofessional, but I called UPS (from number I got from their website, not the # provided by caller), and gave invoice #. It was for import taxes/duty on a shipment I got from Spain a few months ago (normally pay these fees with delivery, so I doubted its authenticity). Maybe UPS is using some kind of collection service to make these calls for them (the UPS person had no info on this), which is why the original caller sounded so unprofessional. Anyway, my mistake!/I apologized to the UPS person.
